Tatsoi is a popular oriental vegetable, with a mild taste for salads, stir fries etc. It grows as a compact thick rosette of leaves. Easy to grow, quick maturing.
Sow in situ after last frost, and succesionally until Autumn for a long harvest period. Thin to 20cm to allow to grow to full size rosettes, or closer for babyleaf. Can also be grown indoors or under glass for leaf production all year round.
